ThriVe Metro East is a Christ-centered, donor-supported nonprofit women’s healthcare organization located in Godfrey, Illinois. Our mission is to empower women and families with life-affirming medical care, education, and compassionate support during some of their most critical moments. We believe every woman deserves access to free, professional, and confidential care when faced with an unplanned pregnancy or reproductive health challenge.

Through state-of-the-art services—including pregnancy testing, limited obstetric ultrasounds, STI testing and treatment, counseling, and educational resources—ThriVe Metro East provides women with the tools they need to make healthy, informed decisions. Beyond medical care, we connect clients to community resources such as housing, food, parenting classes, and mentorship opportunities, ensuring they are supported in every area of life.
